Sex in the Dream, Sleep Paralysis & Fibroids — A Spiritual Perspective Through Scripture


Many believers quietly experience disturbing patterns: repeated sexual dreams, episodes of sleep paralysis, and unexplained reproductive health issues such as fibroids. While the world rushes to label everything as purely psychological or medical, Scripture reminds us that we wrestle not against flesh and blood (Ephesians 6:12). There is a spiritual dimension that must not be ignored.

This blog explores these experiences through biblical truth, not fear—bringing light where confusion has lived too long.

1. Sex in the Dream — Spiritual Covenant Without Consent

Sexual dreams are often dismissed as imagination or suppressed desire. Yet Scripture shows that sexual union is covenantal, whether physical or spiritual.

“Know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.”
— 1 Corinthians 6:16

Though many people may believe that this is not real - it does not exist - It does not negate the fact that  - believed or not - IT EXISTS and IT IS VERY REAL. Firstly, if this is happening to you, there is hope - it can end. Secondly, you are extremely important, anointed and chosen. The enemy will not waste his time fighting someone that will not do damage to his kingdom. You are valuable. Please understand as horrid as this experience is - there is a way out.

Why you? As I said before - you are a chosen vessel. You are one that will be used mightily in the Kingdom of ELOHIM. The enemy does not wish for this to take place so he creates ways to divert your destiny. You may have come from an abusive home - rape - incest - or the product of any or all of the above. Does this mean you are worthless. ABSOLUTELY NOT! YOU ARE PRICELESS. 

How can it stop? 

  • Intense prayer and fasting
  • Consistent bible study and meditation
  • Abstinence if unmarried ( 1 Corinthians 6:18 ) 
  • Worship and Praise continually
  • Avoid TV shows/movies with strong sexual content
  • Live a life set apart for YAHUAH

Dreams are a vulnerable state. The Bible tells us that God speaks through dreams (Job 33:14–15), but Scripture also warns that the enemy operates through deception and darkness.

“For Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.”
— 2 Corinthians 11:14

Repeated sexual dreams—INCLUDING those that feel intrusive, draining, or leave guilt, fear, or physical sensations—can indicate unauthorized spiritual access. These experiences are often followed by exhaustion, confusion, or cycles of shame, which are not from God.

“For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace.”
— 1 Corinthians 14:33

2. Sleep Paralysis — When the Body Sleeps but the Spirit Is Alert

Sleep paralysis is commonly explained medically as the brain waking before the body. Yet many who experience it report:

  • A sensed presence

  • Pressure on the chest

  • Fear or inability to speak

  • Sexual or violent imagery

Scripture describes moments when sleep opens spiritual sight:

“In thoughts from the visions of the night, when deep sleep falleth on men, fear came upon me, and trembling.”
— Job 4:13–14

During sleep paralysis, the physical body is restrained, but the spiritual realm becomes perceptible. This is why calling the name of Jesus—when possible—often immediately breaks the episode.

“The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.”
— Proverbs 18:10

This is not coincidence. Light dispels darkness instantly.

3. Fibroids — More Than a Physical Growth?

Medically, fibroids are defined as non-cancerous growths in or around the uterus. Spiritually, the womb represents creation, covenant, and fruitfulness.

“Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body.”
— Deuteronomy 28:4

Scripture repeatedly links barrenness, blockage, and womb affliction with spiritual warfare, covenants, or oppression—until God intervenes.

“And the LORD remembered Rachel… and opened her womb.”
— Genesis 30:22

“He maketh the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children.”
— Psalm 113:9

Many women with fibroids also report long histories of:

  • Sexual dreams

  • Sleep paralysis

  • Trauma or unwanted sexual exposure

  • Chronic spiritual heaviness

A FIBROID IS THE RESULT OF SEXUAL INTERCOURSE WITH A SPIRIT SPOUSE. The fibroid itself may not hurt you physically, but it will DEFINITELY drain you Spiritually and aid in blocking all that ELOHIM has for you. It should be removed immediately once its removal does not threaten in any way the life of its host. They are not to be entertained or treated lightly by any means. Fibroids can be removed the same way sex in the dream can be obliterated. These points are listed above in the first point.

“Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.”

4. Christ Brings Wholeness — Spirit, Soul, and Body

Jesus never separated healing into compartments.

“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”
— 3 John 1:2

Healing often begins with:

  • Repentance (where needed)

  • Renouncing ungodly soul ties

  • Breaking spiritual covenants through prayer

  • Declaring Scripture over the body

  • Inviting the Holy Spirit into the subconscious (dream life)

“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
— James 4:7

5. Taking Back Authority

You are not powerless.

“Behold, I give unto you power… over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”
— Luke 10:19

Pray intentionally before sleep. Anoint your space. Speak the Word. Declare the blood of Jesus. Ask the Holy Spirit to guard your dreams, your womb, and your rest.

“When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.”
— Proverbs 3:24

Final Encouragement

This is not about fear.
This is about freedom.

Jesus came to restore what was touched without permission.

“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”
— John 10:10
